Project Management for Business Central - Attributes
The standard jobs functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central helps you to manage projects and contracts for your organization. This functionality enables users to define project structures, plan and manage tasks in projects and manage project budgets vs. actuals. This functionality works well for many companies but is not always sufficient for project-centric businesses to run their business well.
The Prodware Project Management for Business Central is made up of different apps that take this standard jobs functionality a few steps further and increases the efficiency & flexibility of managing projects and providing better insights. This results in time savings and error reduction and enhances the ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
The Attributes App within the Prodware Project Management for Business Central suite provides the ability to capture an unlimited number of attributes per project. This allows projects to be grouped for analysis, reporting or for communication with the various stakeholders of the project. This functionality of adding more structured information to projects allows users managing projects or contracts to reduce the amount of repetitive actions and to standardize projects in an organization, saving time and reducing errors.
The Attributes App is fully integrated with the Project Template App which therefore will also be part of the installment. Upon subscription to the Project Template App it is possible to use a template to add a set of default and optional Attributes to a Project. This way you can ensure a Project is always easy to find and organize.
